Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before receiving any tattoo services from Holy Hands Ink. By scheduling an appointment or receiving a tattoo, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Appointments are required. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment time, the amount of which will be specified at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final tattoo cost. Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 5 days' notice; failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit. We reserve the right to cancel appointments with insufficient notice or for any reason deemed necessary by the artist.
Consultation is crucial. During your consultation, we will discuss your desired tattoo design, placement, size, and style. We may offer suggestions and modifications to ensure the final product meets your expectations and is artistically sound. The artist retains the right to refuse any design deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or beyond their skillset. Due to being a Christian studio, there are certain designs we reserve the right to politely refuse based upon spiritual convictions and beliefs, however can point you in the direction of other tattoo artists who do not share in the same convictions. We also reserve the right to refuse tattoos in intimate areas.
Copyright. All tattoo designs created by Holy Hands Ink are copyrighted. Reproduction of these designs without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
Pricing. Tattoo pricing is determined based on several factors, including design complexity, size, placement, and artist's time. A price estimate will be provided during the consultation, but the final price may vary slightly depending on the final design and the time required for completion. Payment is due in full upon completion of the tattoo. Accepted payment methods are cash and direct bank transfers.
Proper aftercare is essential. Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided to you after your tattoo is completed. Following these instructions carefully is critical for proper healing and minimizing the risk of infection or complications. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may void any warranty or guarantee.
Risks. You acknowledge that tattooing carries inherent risks, including but not limited to infection, allergic reactions, scarring, and fading. Holy Hands Ink takes all necessary precautions to minimize these risks, but cannot guarantee their complete absence. By receiving a tattoo, you assume all associated risks.
No guarantees. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee the exact outcome of a tattoo. Factors such as skin type, healing process, and sun exposure can all influence the final appearance.
Health information. You are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your tattooing experience. We maintain a sterile environment and adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.

We reserve the right to share photos and videos of our work on our social media platforms to enlarge our portfolio. We will however, avoid showing your face, and will endeavour to use images that preserve all dignity.
